Dr Richard Messnarz
Director, Vice-president ECQA, Chair Man EuroSPI², Principal Automotive SPICE © Assessor, Instructor Competent Level ASPICE
Dr. Richard Messnarz has studied Technical Mathematics and Informatics at the University of Technology Graz. He made his PhD at TU Graz, and he worked as a researcher and lecturer at TU Graz 1990 - 1997 before he left to ISCN.
Dr. Richard Messnarz is an ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE Principal Assessor and for the last 30 years he has been acting as consultant and/or trainer for leading companies like ZF Friedrichshafen AG, BOSCH Automotive Steering, BOSCH Automotive Electronics, BOSCH DGS, Continental Automotive, AVL, MAGNA, RENESAS, KTM Motorsport, HELLA, LEAR, Automotive Lighting, T-Systems and many more.
Dr. Messnarz focuses on system architecture, functional (safety) design, requirements management and safety (ISO 26262) and Quality (ISO 15504) standards. He is an ECQA certified Functional Safety Manager and ECQA certified trainer. He teaches Automotive Quality at the University of Applied Sciences, FH Joanneum, Graz. Dr. Messnarz manages EU initiatives to deal with Innovation, international standards and safety (www.eurospi.net) and he is moderator of the German initiative SOQRATES (www.soqrates.de), where experiences and best practices for traceability, requirement management, system and SW design, system test and safety standards are exchanged. He is vice president of the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA), and chair of EuroSPI.
He is member of the AQUA (Knowledge Alliance in Automotive Quality) and partner in AQU (Automotive Quality Universities) where joined quality courses at master level are held at FH Joanneum, TU Graz, TU Ostrava, FH Duesseldorf, and Grenoble INP.
He is the ISCN director and coordinator of initiatives since 1997. Richard Messnarz is accredited VDA-QMC trainer.

Dipl.-Ing. Damjan Ekert
Dipl.-Ing. Damjan Ekert has studied Telematics at the University of Technology, Graz, Austria and finished his studies with distinction. Since 2001 he has been working for ISCN as SW project manager, ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE consultant, principal assessor Automotive SPICE© and SW integrator.
He is an ISO 15504 and Automotive SPICE Principal Assessor and he has been acting as consultant and/or trainer for leading companies like ZF Friedrichshafen AG, BOSCH Automotive Steering, BOSCH Automotive Electronics, Magna Powertrain, Hidria, Kolektor, LEAR, HELLA, T-Systems and many more. Damjan Ekert has many years of experiences as consultant in the range of software process improvement and is member of the German/Austrian task force SOQRATES.

Tobias Zehetner
Tobias Zehetner is a software engineer at ISCN and he is responsible for the ECQA, ISCN, EurpoSPI Portals and development of Systems like Capability Adviser, etc. He is employed at ISCN GesmbH since 2016.

Dipl.-Ing. Bernhardt Steger
After his informatics study at the ETH Zurich Dipl.-Ing. Bernhardt Steger has been working with model-based SW development (Model Driven Development, MDD) since the nineties - mainly in the range of automotive. With his long lasting experience he supports companies in the conception and implementation of MDD (including the integration into Autosar). He has been SW project lead for X-Drive at MAGNA Powertrain till 2009.
He joined the ISCN Group in 2012. He is an Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor, and together wih ISCN he worked in Projects at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, ZF/BOSCH Lenksysteme, BOSCH Central Division, BOSCH DGS, MAGNA, VARROC, etc. and acted as a trainer for ASPICE Introduction courses. ISCN co-developed with Mr Steger a mechatronic project management method and tool set used in ZF/BOSCH Lenksysteme. Also a project management tool interfacing RTC and MS Project has been developed for VARROC.

Dr. Andreas Riel
Dr Andreas Riel has more than 20 years industry experience. He was innovation manager at AVL List Graz. Then he moved to Grenoble Institute of Technology,France and became the coordinating manager of a FP7 project for innovation in manufacturing, which resulted in the foundation of EMIRacle. Andreas Riel joined the ISCN Group in 2012.
Andreas is a Provisional Automotive SPICE Assessor and an ECQA Certified Functional Safety Manager and ECQA certified trainer. He worked with ISCN in Projects at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, ZF/BOSCH Lenksysteme, KTM Motorsport, etc.

Dr. Georg Macher
Dr Georg Macher is a senior scientist at the technical informatics insitute of the University of Technology Graz. ISCN is collaborating with the TU Graz and staff acts in ISCN Projects (Automotive SPICE and functional safety related work) on the market. Dr Macher is a specialist in functional safety and cybersecurity.
He is an Automotive SPICE Assessor, and he is an ECQA Certified Functional Safety Manager and ECQA certified trainer. He continues the work which began with Dr Kreiner who worked with ISCN in projects at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, BOSCH AS, RENESAS, TTTech, AVL, etc.

ir. Dick Theisens
Dick Theisens studied at the University Twente and is manager of a spin-off of this university (Symbol BV), which provides Lean Six Sigma and high quality production services for leading industry in the Netherlands and Germany. Together with ISCN and supported by a EU consortium a Lean Six Sigma Academy was formed in 2011. Dick Theisens joined the ISCN Group in 2011 to jointly offer Lean Six Sigma services for the European industry.

Dipl. Ing. Jürgen Dobaj
Dipl. Ing. Jürgen Dobaj is a specialist in cybersecurity (SAE J3061, ISO 21434) and has work experience with cybersecurity from energy industry. He does now his PhD in the area of cybersecurity architectures for automotive. He is part of the research team at TU Graz (Dr Georg Macher as research coordinator) who work in customer projects as ISCN Group partner. Also Jürgen has an Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certificate.

BA Laura Aschbacher
BA Laura Aschbacher studied Information Design at University of Applied Sciences Joanneum, Graz Austria. Her Bachelor Thesis was about Design Project Planning. She also acted as ISCN project manager for the EuroSPI App development which was first presented at EuroSPI 2018, to have a mobile application for conference management.She designed the new Capability Adviser interface, the new EuroSPI Logo, the EuroSPI App, the new exhibition stand and package to sell Capability adviser etc.
Currently she continues to study information design at master level at the FH Joanneum, Graz, Austria.

Jakob Schoenegger
Jakob Schoenegger acts part time as a system administrator support for ISCN. He is studying economy and informatics at University of Applied Sciences Campus 02.

Prof. Dr Miklós Biró
Board member ISCN LTD till 2.8.2018. Adviser, Consultant/Expert, Provisional ISO 15504 Assessor, Certified EU Project Manager, Master of Business Administration, talks 5 Different Languages, more than 30 years IT professional experience. He is an EuroSPI chairman and editor of the annual Wiley Journal for EuroSPI.
Since 2012 he organises joint MediSPICE (IEC 62304 based) assessments at leading medical industry. ISCN is a trial partner for implementing MediSPICE on the market.
He is board member EuroSPI and editor of the annual Wiley Journal.

Prof. Dr Micheal Mac an Airchinnigh
Board member and president of ISCN LTD till 2.8.2018. He is a retired Professor for computer science at the Trinity College, Dublin. He acted as a board member of the Irish Software Testing Board till 2016. He is now a co-chairman of EuroSPI.

Mag. Liselotte Aschbacher
Marketing and Translation. She studied English and philosophy at the University of Graz, Austria. She is acting as an administrative assistant to the directors and handling administration, translation and invoicing issues. Since 2004 she has been working for ISCN as translator and administrator. She speaks three languages fluently: German (mother tongue), English, Italian. She is a teacher at the ORG of Eggenberger School Sisters (English, Philosophy) since 1991 and works part time in the aministration and translation.
In a joint EU project INNOTEACH teachers at schools in Austria, Slovenia and Hungary have been trained for teaching innovation.
